Qantas Magazine: Dr Joseph Hkeik in High Flyers

Dr Joseph Hkeik, Founder and Aesthetic Doctor of All Saint Clinic and Le Petit Saint, has been featured in the June issue of Qantas magazine.

The past year has been one of real expansion for Saint Clinic Group, from the continued growth of All Saint Clinic across Double Bay, Mosman, Balmain and North Parramatta to the opening of Le Petit Saint in Mayfair, London. Yet for Dr Hkeik, growth has never been the goal in itself.

"Not all growth is good growth," he reflects. "Expanding without intention can dilute both the experience and the outcome."

It's this philosophy of restraint that continues to shape how Dr Hkeik leads across both cities. Now overseeing a team of eight doctors in Sydney and one in London, he has stepped back from being involved in every decision, instead focusing on building teams who lead with their hearts, not just clinical expertise. The same discipline applies to how the practice evaluates new technology, with every addition considered against one measure: does it genuinely serve the long-term wellbeing of clients and staff.

For Dr Hkeik, success has always been measured in how people feel, not just how they look. With some clients part of the All Saint Clinic story for 25 years, his focus remains on building spaces where people can pause, recalibrate and feel genuinely supported.
