All Saint Clinic has four Sydney locations: Double Bay, Mosman, Balmain and North Parramatta. Our Double Bay clinic is our flagship location. Each clinic offers the same standard of doctor-led care and personalised treatment experience.

 Aesthetic treatments including injectables are performed exclusively by our qualified Aesthetic Doctors. Skin treatments, facials and laser treatments are performed by our experienced Dermal Therapists, always under the oversight of Dr Joseph Hkeik our Founder, Dr Stephen Crimston our Medical Director and our clinical team.

Appointments can be booked online through our website, by calling (02) 9696 5050 or by contacting your preferred clinic location directly. We recommend booking in advance as appointment availability can be limited, particularly for popular treatments and senior clinicians.

Your first consultation is a relaxed, unhurried conversation with one of our Aesthetic Doctors or Dermal Therapists. We will assess your skin, review your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend a personalised treatment plan. There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment at your first visit.

 We recommend booking at least four to six months ahead of a major occasion such as a wedding, and at least four weeks ahead for events requiring a single treatment. Some treatments work best as a course, so planning ahead gives your skin the time it needs to respond and deliver the best possible results. Your clinician will advise the most appropriate timeline during consultation.

We encourage you to arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in, any required forms and a moment to settle in our reception before your treatment begins.

For most skin and laser treatments we ask that you arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. If you have facial hair, we may recommend shaving the treatment area beforehand. Your clinician will advise you of any specific preparation requirements when you book.

Due to TGA advertising regulations, we are unable to name or promote prescription-only cosmetic treatments online. However, our qualified Aesthetic Doctors offer private consultations to determine whether certain options may be appropriate for you. Beginning six months ahead of your wedding, each treatment journey is guided by our expert Dermal Therapists, combining advanced technologies and bespoke facials tailored to your skin concerns, goals and event timeline.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact your clinic location directly if you need to make any changes to your booking.
