All Saint Clinic Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates may be redeemed online for products and in-clinic for treatments at any All Saint Clinic location.  Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other forms of legal tender (including cash, EFTPOS, credit card or additional gift certificates). They are treated as cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Expired Gift Certificates retain no value. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the applicable cancellation fee being deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Gift Certificates are not valid for use on public holidays.  e-Gift Certificates are delivered automatically to the nominated email address at the time of purchase. A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to physical Gift Certificates mailed within Australia.  All Saint Clinic reserves the right to amend services and pricing without notice.
